I was recommended to SPS by my builder who had seen their work on other sites.
SPS was very professional from the start. I sent the architects job specification and we agreed a date for a site visit. The SPS representative had a discussion with the builder and myself to ensure we all knew exactly what was required. A very concise costing was received from SPS which we agreed. The work started on the agreed date and the tradesmen who undertook the work were friendly and explained any points I raised. The work was completed and the site cleared soon after by SPS.
This was early 2023 and the storms we have experienced to date (November 2023) have been no problem.
John Stuart
Thanks again for the incredible time and patience shown when completing the bespoke roofs for us. Quality of the workmanship is second to none.
Nice change to work with a super efficient and professional team both in the office and on site. Happily recommend the SPS team!

We’ve had a really helpful and positive experience with the SPS team, lead by Nick from the beginning. Pricing was competitive and the agreed ‘extras’ clearly identified and costed very reasonably and fairly. The install has been excellent, and as we now approach the end of the works we will receive the Bauder 25-yr warranty documentation, so great peace of mind going forwards. Thanks!

I was provided with a quotation for a single ply rubber roofing solution for our extension following submission of my plans. The quotation clearly explained what was included and what was expected of me as the client. When I was ready for the work to be undertaken they arranged a site visit from a senior manager, during this visit we discussed the physical environment, explained what work would be carried out and promised to come back to us with a date for the work to be started.
As promised a date was provided shortly after this visit and they arrived to start the work on this agreed date. I had 2 operatives arrive to undertake the work, they acted in a way that the company should be proud of, they were professional, courteous, talked to me at the end of each day explaining what would happen the following day and took a great deal of care in ensuring the work was carried out to a high standard. They left the site clean and tidy and all excess materials were collected within 3 days of the work being completed.
A very happy customer

Competent and professional, communication has mostly been swift, and I feel we have been kept informed and appropriately advised throughout.
Timescales were precisely met, and although there were some minor issues with Building Control, rectification works were rapidly completed to achieve sign-off.

Absolutely top notch. Installed a single ply membrane roof, with complex cut-outs around multiple skylights plus aluminium gutters for us. On-time, to budget and very professional.

Paul came to site to give advice and make recommendations, quote was acceptable and work commenced to schedule. This was for a flat roofed extension approximately 25 sq. metres.
The men who came were professional and busy with the job. The roof was fitted as agreed in two days. They left the site tidy.
Our builder who had built the extension looked at the work and thought it was well done. Not had any heavy rain since but I’m not anticipating any problems.

I am desperately looking for a quality local flat roofing company and picked SPS because there was 5 star rating on a Google search. - and well justified. Their work book is fully booked until October 2022, but when I spoke to them they could not have been more helpful and although they were unable to to my job, they very helpfully gave me the name of another company they could recommend. I would definitely ask them to quote and hope to use them for any future work.

Hello there, I have always had a quick response to all my enquiries , which have been on different projects with different styles of roof coverings. The lads have been working on the Clannaborough project and have always tried to achieve a quick and timely conclusion, but by the nature of the work it is always weather dependant, but they have worked quickly and effectively to achieve proposed dates at every opportunity. Cheers Clive Tonkin

The work carried out on my two flat roofs was of excellent quality and executed very efficiently. The alterations to the pitch of the bedroom roof solved the water shedding problems that we had been experiencing and I will have no hesitation in recommending your firm to others who need similar work carried out.

Good quality and reliable service, SPS worked with us to accommodate our timescales and complete the single ply works to a high standard. Although relatively small the roof had a number of complicated junction details as well as rooflights and parapets, but this was expertly dealt with and the final product looks neat and tidy, great job!

The lead roof on two bay windows needed replacing, so I contacted SPS Roofing as they are one of the few roofing businesses that can do this specialised work. All rubbish was taken away, surplus old roof tiles taken off site and once the scaffolding was down, the gutter down pipe was fitted very promptly with no communication from me.
