Labourer
Role to consist of general site assistance for roofing works on projects ranging from small domestic sites to large commercial developments.
Works are mainly in the southwest of England with the potential for away working at times. CSCS cards desirable.
Potential to develop into a full-time, permanent position. Exeter based company.
Trainee Roofer
Position of trainee roofer. On-site training provided leading to NVQ accreditation for multiple skills in the roofing industry.
Training available in both pitched (slating and tiling) and flat roofing (single ply, felt, hot and cold applied liquids) systems. Competitive rates of pay and potential for further development.
Pitched Roofer
Experienced pitched roofing operatives required for works on projects ranging from small domestic sites to large commercial developments.
Works are mainly in the southwest of England with the potential for away working at times. CSCS cards desirable. Knowledge of flat roofing and lead working a bonus.
Flat Roofer (Felt)
Experienced felt roofing operatives required for works on projects ranging from small domestic sites to large commercial developments. Works are mainly in the southwest of England with the potential for away working at times. CSCS cards desirable.
Installers tickets in the following systems desirable – Bauder, IKO, Danosa, Moy Materials (training can be provided for the right candidates). Knowledge of other roofing systems (single ply, liquids, pitched roofing etc.) a bonus.
Flat Roofer (Single Ply)
Experienced single ply and liquid applied roofing operatives required for works on projects ranging from small domestic sites to large commercial developments. Works are mainly in the southwest of England with the potential for away working at times. CSCS cards desirable.
Installers tickets in the following systems desirable – Bauder, IKO, Danosa, Enke (training can be provided for the right candidates). Knowledge of other roofing systems (felt, liquids, pitched roofing etc.) a bonus.
Cladding Estimator
Role to consist of estimating large and small cladding projects in the South of England. Flexible working conditions considered (office based, work from home, freelance, part or full time, or a mixture of the above).
Some experience of producing material and flashing schedules including procurement of cladding materials for projects desirable.
Office Administrator
Experienced office administrator required for part time roll (1 to 2 days per week). Flexible working available. Experience of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and general office administration required.
